Installation problem

Hi, I am trying to install the theme via new theme upload, unfortunately i am getting this error message:

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Can you help please?

Theme not working

So to cover the basics, i have reinstalled wordpress and downloaded the theme 3 times to see if the problem is file based. 

The problems i am having have cost me a whole day trying to fix, they include:

Slider wont install a picture over 300 width and tall 
Service section wont hold the information, it reverts back to pre installed sections
Projects don't seem to work at all 
Team page will only show 4 members, even when i put it onto slider

Seems like a complete failure but happy to take advice becouse i really like the look of the theme if it worked.

Dear, 
I'm having a problem with the four service blocks since I update to the latest Busiprof version. It keeps on reverting back to the template information. Can you help?

does not register service department in tema

Although
I am updating the service in the home service section, it returns to its
original state after broadcasting.

 

We
want to show 3 services but not 4 services at a time.

Header email and social icons

Upgrade from Lazyprof to Busy prof, homepage is a disaster

After I upgraded following all the instructions reported in the webpage, my website the homepage of the websites is completly uncustomized. All the details I had put in the previous homepage theme were lost. 
I am trying to re-build the website home from the beginning but even the slider is not working properly. Thus, I tried to un-install and re-instal the theme but no improvements were achieved. 
Please can someone help me ?

homepage project settings

hi
I will soon have about 50 projects and I don't want all projects to be shown on my homepage but just 5.

how can I make my homepage to show only 5 projects, BUT still keep my project page show all the projects?

this is very important, otherwise buying this theme is been a huge mistake.

Contact form in footer not working

French Website - Change Text "Home" to "Accueil" Il all of my pages

Hello ! 

I have a problem with the Busiprof Theme : When i click on on one my pages, in the menu, there is written "Home" to access on home .. But I'm In France ! And I want to change this word to "Accueil" of Translate it.

Can you help me please ?

Cannot edit slider

 I've setup homepage slider with one slide using the lite version of the theme. After acquiring and installing pro version I have a sample slides on my site and don't have an option to edit it from control panel.

How to change the content of projects in pro version?

I just upgraded to the pro because I only want to add 3 projects, instead of 4. However, when activating the pro version, it shows me project in several categories. But I cannot edit them anymore through the customizer - homepage - project settings flow anymore (which was easy in the free version).

Please advise. Thx!

Hi,

As you can see in the following illustrations, we want to equate the right and the left equally in the service and team sections. We also want the service boxes to be in line with each other regardless of the font being written. How can I do it. Thank you.

Hi,

I am using the busiprof theme.
On the homepage under the heading projects and testimonials you can click on the photos and the page will be loaded again. How can you turn off this link for each photo?
